TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY (TCD)

Welcome to our web store! This document forms an inseparable annex to the General Terms and Conditions document and provides additional information in tabular form on the prices and other conditions related to the delivery of the products you wish to purchase in the web store. Please read the General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase and only order the product from us with the obligatory acceptance of what is described therein.

Information

  1. For sale, the products offered in the web store have limited stocks in Hungarian and domestic circulation. The orders are delivered primarily from the Hungarian warehouse by the contracted logistics service provider.
  2. In case of acceptance of the "order" submitted by the Buyer in the web store, we will send a fee request for the full purchase price , after payment of which we will invoice, package the product in an inspected condition and hand it over to our delivery partner. Euro zone customers have the option of paying by credit card exclusively in EURO currency.
  3. If the given product is out of stock or not in stock in the EU, we can undertake the delivery directly from the Chinese manufacturer's warehouse with an individually negotiated delivery after a 70% advance payment. We will send you an advance request for your order , after which the requested products will be packed at the manufacturer's premises and handed over to the supplier.
  4. Customized big industrial (over 1000 L/Day) AWGs are not available in webshop. For such quotations please visit https://awgeurope.com and before place an order we recommend to fill out our Project Intake Form. Usual Production lead time 15~20 days after the final design confirmed. We quote Factory prices in $ ex-work,  Transport should be subject of the final agreement.
  5. The seller undertakes delivery to countries outside the European Union only after individual consideration and with an individual offer. The seller reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries (e.g. war zones or places considered risky).   6. The Seller ensures home delivery of the product ordered in the web store using an international delivery company of its free choice. The choice of supplier depends on the place of storage of the product you want to order, the place of delivery, as well as any preferences related to shipping. If there is a significant price change on the international transport market, the Seller may unilaterally modify the specified shipping prices by notifying the Buyer.
  7. Regarding to local regulations only for Hungarian Customers upon definite request, we provide possibility to use the postal service provided by Magyar Posta Zrt., as national and universal postal service provider, at the following fees:
  • Delivered to parcel machine, Post Point or post office: gross 990 HUF/piece
  • In case of home delivery: 0-10 kg gross HUF 1990/piece.
  • In case of home delivery: gross HUF 2990/piece up to 10-20 kg.
  • In case of home delivery: up to 20-40 kg gross HUF 5990/piece.

Please note that Magyar Posta will not take over the parcel at our premises, so the expected dispatch/delivery time will be significantly longer. Experience has shown that transporting particularly vulnerable goods of greater weight and size with this service provider can be problematic and risky.
