Troubleshooting
Before using the machine
- Read User’s manual before connecting the machine to electricity!
- Do not switch on immediately! Please wait at least 4 hrs. after plugged in.
After first turn on
It is recommended to then drain the collection tank for first time use or if the machine has been switched off for more than 2 days.
Can I turn off the machine?
Once you plug in the generator, you shouldn’t turn it off. The advanced system of atmospheric water generators controls the whole production process, starting it when the tank empties, and halting it when the tank is full. When the production is stopped, the electrical consumption is reduced by 95% but the water flow in the tank continues and the health level of the water is controlled by UV lamps. If for any reason you have to turn off the generator for a long time, you must discard the water in its tank.
Inadequate Water Production
- Check that the water generator has direct access to air flow and the vents are not obstructed by dust.
- Check that the water dispenser is not blocked.
Compressor Malfunction
- Check that the plug is fully inserted into the wall.
- Make sure that the surrounding temperature is between 5℃ and 43℃
- Check to see if the water tank is full. The compressor will not activate if the water tank is full
The machine is very loud when powered on
Check that the machine is standing on a flat an even surface, and that all four legs are evenly supporting the machine
Water Leakage
Make sure the machine is standing no less that 30°, and optimally perfectly horizontal on a flat and even surface
No water when the Cold Water button is pressed
- If the display shows an E3 error, please contact Customer Support
- If the Water Level Indicator Light is flashing red, please allow the machine time to produce water
No water when the Hot Water button is pressed
- If the display shows an E4 error, please contact Customer Support
- If the Hot Water Indicator Light is not flashing, please allow the machine time to produce water
The child lock does not unlock when it is pressed
If the display shows an E7 error, please contact customer Support
The Purification Indicator light is off
This usually happens when the internal water tank is full. The light will turn back on when the tank is empty
Cold water dispenses when the Hot Water button is pressed
The temperature sensor of the hot water tank is damaged, please contact Customer Support
